TNStars Teacher Incentive Program Registration
The Tennessee Department of Treasury has an exciting opportunity for you to easily earn an Amazon gift card to purchase resources for your classroom! The TNStars 529 College Savings Plan has recently embarked on an effort to engage parents through an online tutorial, highlighting the importance of saving for their children's college education.
If you are a Tennessee school teacher, you are encouraged to register and communicate with the parents of the students you teach to get them to complete the FREE TNStars online interactive guide about saving for college. The guide is short and easy to navigate! The more students that get a parent to identify you as the teacher of their child, the more resources you can gain for your classroom! Every teacher that registers to participate in this program will be eligible for anywhere from $50 - $150 for use in their classroom depending on the number of parents that complete the tutorial.*
After you have registered, click the toolkit link below to find easy-to-print materials for spreading the word to parents about the importance of saving for college. Again, the more students that get a parent to identify you as the teacher of their child, the more resources you can gain for your classroom!
